Customs & Import Duties

International customers may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes that are levied after a shipment reaches the intended country. As usual, if a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred, including international shipment and handling.

Usually there is no customs duty fees and taxes because all parcels will be marked as gift. Please don't worry.

If you need advice about whether a particular declared value is deemed possible, before you pay, you can check out an order and submit a ticket with your order number. We will then look at the contents of your order and your country and assess what declared value is sensible.
